Breaking down barriers. Investing in growth.
Mental health fitness, like physical fitness, is a powerful enabler. However, mental health is often only perceived as problematic, creating barriers to the benefits it brings to our lives. It takes, on average, 10 years from the onset of symptoms to receive treatment for mental health difficulties. Yet, none of us would think twice before seeking help for a broken leg. Imagine living ten years with a broken limb and never receiving treatment!
‘People are three times more likely to discuss physical than mental health’
Although the comparison between physical and mental health isn’t as straightforward, a lack of awareness, knowledge and skills causes significant delays in making changes that deliver desired results. At WellBe we draw on the latest research from various human sciences, including neurobiology, psychology, and anthropology, that provides the knowledge and tools to remove barriers and gain optimal mental health fitness now and in the future. Contact us today to find out how we can support yoake impactful change.

Mental Health First Aid

‘On average, for every £1 invested in employee mental health, organisations received a £5 ROI. This figure increased to £7.50 with programs that raised mental health awareness in the workplace’
Youth Mental Health
Mental health issues are increasing in the UK, and referrals to specialist services have nearly doubled between 2010 and 2015. Organisations who support young people are under increasing pressure to help young people resulting in 20% of young people with mental ill-health waiting more than six months to receive care from a specialist
Psychotherapeutic Counselling
I had gone to Jo to help deal with the pressures of being a father, business owner and trustee. But I came away with so much more than that. Without any question, (WellBe) gets my highest recommendation.

Thinking about counselling for you or your employees?
At WellBe, we know how life's demands, past experiences and concerns about the future can take us away from the life we want to live.
We cannot effect change when we don’t know what causes our mental health to fluctuate.
